Our English Muffin Loaf is just like the original English Muffins that were invented in New York in the late 1800’s, except we’ve made them into a bread loaf, making it easier to toast and make breakfast sandwiches at home. Our loaf is crunchy and kissed with cornmeal on the outside but on the inside it’s chewy texture with nooks and crannies makes it perfect for holding fresh butter or home canned jams. It’s a staple at our breakfast table here at the farm.
