Sourdough Knots
Sourdough bread is made using a fermentation process between yeast and natural lactobacilli. Unlike most breads, it has a mildly sour taste, and is beneficial to your gut health due to its imitation of prebiotics and probiotics. An 8 day process from start to freshly baked. We only use the very best, natural ingredients while making our loaves from scratch. The “knots” are formed by braiding the dough before its rising phase.
